GTI understands the importance to both you and your customers of having your machines up and running at all times. We also acknowledge that with your busy schedule it would be unrealistic and uneconomical to confirm your machines operational status on a daily basis.
However, thanks to GTI’s remote monitoring technology from Protel®, there is no cause for concern. This advanced equipment directly links your Air and Vac machines to Protel’s® advanced system, which constantly monitors your machines condition. In the rare event of a machine malfunction, the Pro-Star® AVW200 system will alert GTI immediately to make a timely repair.

If the equipment breaks, will I have to pay for replacement parts and maintenance fees?
Never - we've got you covered. Once the machine is installed you have absolutely no responsibilities.

How often will I get paid?
We pay monthly or quarterly; its up to you.
